Programme settings:
Mode 1: Winder is off.
Mode2: Clockwise only: 2 minutes turning , 6 minutes resting and cycle repeats.
Mode 3：Counter-clockwise only: 2 minutes turning , 6 minutes resting and cycle repeats.
