HOW TO USE: After applying your Sublime Perfection Concealer, add a sheer sweep of the Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder to blur, illuminate, neutralize skin tone and set your Concealer in place. Dab on dark areas and spots with the Sublime Perfection Concealer Brush. To create a subtle lifted effect, apply additional Sublime Perfection Concealer and Powder starting at the outer corners of the eyes and up toward the temples, almost to the brow bones. Gently blend to a luminous finish. Pat’s Backstage Tip: “Use this powder anywhere on the face to smooth texture and blur away fine lines and pores.
